Some accounts are not eligible for a challenge fee refund:
ALL Instant Funding Accounts: These accounts are excluded from refund eligibility
PayLater Accounts : These accounts are excluded from refund eligibility

Refunds are credited directly to your payout account after your first withdrawal
Refunds apply to the original challenge fee only — add-ons, upgrades, or additional services are not included
